Returns
You have a deadline of 30 days after receipt of your order to return your unwanted items. Unfortunately, if you miss your deadline, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition and in the original packaging you received it, with all labels & product swing tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchange on earrings, socks, and tops. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items
There is no refund or exchange on any sale items unless deemed faulty.
Return shipping
The parcel should be returned to the following address: to 154 Cochranes Road, Moorabbin 3189 VIC.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the value of your order is over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any refunds will be made via the reversal of your original payment method.
Refunds (full-priced items only)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
